1. How accurate is the information contained on this site?
We carefully check the information on Aathitya Travels to ensure it is accurate. However, the information and prices shown may have changed by the time you come to book as, regrettably, errors do occur. On occasions, certain facilities or amenities such as swimming pools or restaurants may not be open or available due to maintenance, adverse weather conditions, insufficient demand or other reasons outside our control.

2. How do I book tour packages?
To book the tour, start by selecting the tours. Once you have selected the tour, click the link “Date/Tour Price ” available on the tour detail page on the right side link. Select the date and hotel option and click on the price to book the tour.

3. Can you put together a customized tour just for me?
Yes, you may search for some of our popular customize tour and also send a request for a package as per your choice and interest. To do so, we request you to start from here.

4. What is an all-inclusive vacation package?
All Inclusive tour includes all meals, sightseeing, Services of Escort/Travel Guide. All Inclusive tours are good money savers. Explore our All Inclusive Tours here.

5. How do I make the payments?
When you make a booking with Aathitya Travels, you shall receive a confirmation invoice for your reference. Once we confirm the tour, you have the following options to make the payments:
  • Bank Transfer ( we have account with Citibank and HSBC )
  • Credit card authorization
  • PayPal
You shall receive all the detail with the confirmation invoice.

6. Is the transportation between the airport and hotel included in the tour price?
In most of the tours the transport is included. But, we request you to see the inclusions for the details.

7. How does reserving a tour differ from reserving air, car, or hotel individually?
A tour combines several or all elements of a tour (hotel, air, car and other package options, such as airport/hotel transfers and activity vouchers), offered for one price, many times at a lower price than can be done individually. The package option makes planning a trip fast and simple, since you plan all aspects of your tour at once.

8. Can I get a refund on my Vacation package if I cannot make my trip?
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee as agreed at the time of purchase. Please read our Booking Terms and Conditions for more details. To submit the request for the cancellation here.

9. Do you accommodate single travelers on tours?
Yes, we do offer single travelers package. Usually, our tour prices are per person based on double occupancy (an industry standard). We can check to see if a single supplement is offered, if available. At the time of booking you mention the occupancy.

10. When will we know if a trip is going ahead or not?
For all the tours (for 4 person or more) as soon as we have reached the minimum numbers to guarantee the departure we will let our clients know or if we intend to cancel the departure we will endeavour to advise with appropriate notice.

11. Are we met at the airport on arrival in India?
Yes, our representative will meet you on arrival, irrespective of your arrival airport and time. He will transfer you to your start point/hotel. Please do inform us about 2 weeks in advance with the flight and arrival details to pre-arrange this.

12. Am I entitled to a loyalty reward?
If you book two or more trips with Aathitya Travels, you will receive a 5% discount on your next Aathitya Travels booking. Dedicated travellers who book on nine or more trips with Aathitya will receive a 10% discount on all subsequent bookings.
